Since I didn't find anything in the topic, I tried to rng manipulate lickitung from the leaf green/fire red event where he has the move "wish", with all perfect iv except special attack, which he doesn't need. One is impish, and one is careful, I hope it can be useful if passed to more recent games, he is a great tank. I'm trying to rng manipulate ralts calm with wish too, always from an event, but I'm finding a lot of problems, if anyone manages it, let me know
