WC #1533 - TM 223 (Metal Sound) Gift

This gift was made available through Internet to all players. This gift was distributed as an apologize, since the TM 223 crafting required a Violet Exclusive Pokémon (Shieldon). The January 2024 Scarlet & Violet update patch would fix the TM crafting issue, giving all players an equal chance to obtain these TMs in-game.
