When players interact with a particular gravestone along the grasslands of Ballimere Lake, the words "let my voice be heard" is etched into it. When the player then goes to talk to 32 players in the vicinity, and the gravestone would then have the text "my voice has been heard".
After that, when the player reloads the area, a Spiritomb will be in the over world awaiting battle.
