This event was distributed to players via to common serial code, as promotion for the Wild Area Event that had increased chanced of meeting Shiny Magikarp, as well as their nugget drops from completing the raid.

As of LGPE, wonder cards are no longer stored in saves. As such, players will not be able to inject this event into their save using PKHeX.
