Players can revive an Aerodactyl from the Old Amber, when they bring the fossil to the Cinnabar Island Laboratory.
Old Amber is an item that is given at the back end of the Pewter City Museum,
and can be acquired as a repeatable item from the sparkling spots of the 2F of Cerulean Cave.
