Iron Ruins Registeel .

In Pokemon Platinum, when players bring an event Regigigas to an empty cave right near the second exist of Iron Island,
the normally empty cave would instead become some kind of ruins, with a statue against the wall to the end.

After stepping on all the flashing dots on the floor, Registeel will appear when the player interacts with the statue.
