Weather Institute's Castform .

In Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, Team Magma^OR/Aqua^AS will try to takeover the Weather Institute, and the player will foil the evil team's plan.
For stopping the takeover, the player will be given a Castform in gratitude.

Castform is an artificial Pokemon created by the Weather Institute's research team, and has the ability to change formes due to weather conditions.
