An all around tool for Black and White, allowing editing of species, moves, encounter slots and evolutions. Be warned that Pokémon ROM Changer works on absolute offsets, so any sort of extensions whatsoever will stop the program from working if the offsets it's targeting are shifted. May be best used on a fresh ROM to edit what you want, then transplanting the NARCs to your overall project. Unsure who the original developer was but Andibad provided the translation for English users.

This appears to be the BW2 rom changer version not the BW rom changer.

Seems to be fixed, I will change rating now!

Really Good Tool Incase I Wanted To Make Some Changes To Some Pokémon On My Own, But I Have Issues. Some Of The Labels Are Really Confusing, Such As SP. ATK, SP. DEF, Accuracy, Evasion And Omniboost Being Called "The A-Team", "Specially-proof", "Hit Rate", "Total Avoidence" And "Whole". Also, What Do "Urgent Rate", "Recoil Rate", "Effect Code", "HP Variation" And "Changes In Quantity" Mean? Plus, Some Of The Text Were Japanese. Seriously Someone Help Me Understand Them. And Why Is The Paralysis Status Condition Listed As "Embargo" When Both Do Completely Different Things? Regardless, Requests I Made As Additions For This Tool Would Be The Ability To Edit And Create Custom Abilities, Level Up Learnsets, Encounter Rates And Mkre Evolution Methods. Oh And Please Fix Up The Weird Text I Found In The Tool. Still, A Solid Tool!👍
