This event was distributed in Japan, to participants that took part in a Battle Event in shops nationwide.
Participants also get one random Pokemon Postcard (as seen in screenshots section)
In addition to participation prizes, first runner-up and first prize are 20BP and 40BP, respectively.
This is likely done by giving the winners more code cards, as this serial code is multi-redeemable.
Additionally, for other various local tournies, Battle Points have been awarded to the winners via Infrared.
After Pokemon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon's release, newer versions of the same wonder card was used,
so that those copies of the game can also receive the gift.
