  2. Sunday (サンデ-) Wobbuffet

    This gift was given out via 2 ways: a lucky draw, and via a free gift for NTT Flets (a Japanese fiber internet) users who signed up for the gift.
    For the lucky draw:
    There were 100 winners per Festa 2005 location, and there were 9 locations, so that's 900 winners from the drawing
    For the NTT Flets members:
    People who used NTT Flets were able to sign up and receive the Wobbuffet for free without having to be selected, and there's no known number for how many people downloaded it while being a user of NTT Flets. So the amount in circulation are unknown.

    This gift was based on the live-action Wobbuffet that appeared on the Pokémon Sunday TV show.

  4. e-Card Decoration Present

    Description
    This promo card was only available to Japan, and even then it was not easy to come across one.
    There were a few different draws throughout the years in Japan, and it each time it was mailed to lucky winners,
    who mailed-in proof that they purchased at least 6 e-reader booster packs during the promotional period.

    This promo card does not store itself in some way on the save,
    so it could not be extracted like e-Card Trainers and e-Card Berries (as .ect and .ecb respectively);
    it basically ends up directly adding the doll to your save, not particularly different from the way this tool works.

    Additionally, @HaxAras has a page that provides a bunch of saves, as well as detailing how to transfer the dolls onto an international system.

    Usage
    In order to use this .raw, users will need a VBA link with e-reader support.
    Instructions on how to use the VBA link with e-reader support can be found here.

    The original distribution was to promote M06: Jirachi: Wish Maker, and subsequent distributions were for Pokémon Festa 2003, the 18th World Hobby Fair,
    and also for the participants in lucky draw for the September 2003 issue of CoroCoro.

  6. e-Card Berries

    For Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, the paired games had an exclusive feature that allowed them to scan e-Reader Cards and obtain a special berry.
    Pokémon holding these berries were not allowed to be traded to other main series games.
    Pokémon holding these berries were also not allowed to be traded to Colosseum or XD, nor transferred to Pokémon Box: Ruby and Sapphire.
    Once you scanned the e-reader card (or injected the berry card data), you can collect the berry from Norman in Petalburg City Gym.
    Pokémon holding these berries were allowed to be Pal Parked into Generation IV, however their held item would become the Enigma Berry.
    In Generation III, there is no legitimate way to acquire the Enigma Berry, as it is merely a placeholder in those games.

    Additionally, the data for these e-Card Berries do not exist in the ROM data of the Gen III games;
    the e-Card data is loaded into the save, and the game uses the placeholder Enigma Berry to display the stored data.
    So in reality, the player is merely holding onto the Enigma Berry, but the player would not know, as the data shown belongs to the e-card Berry scanned.

    These e-Card berries can be injected using @suloku's tool.

  16. 5th Anniversary Egg: Wish Pichu

    In the year 2003, various Pokémon were distributed as eggs with special moves, where in that particular generation or games, they normally have no access to those moves.

    Additionally, Pichu eggs were distributed with a 5% shiny chance for the trainer directly receiving the event.
    Anyhow, if the egg was traded to a different trainer before hatching, there is a chance of the resulting Pokémon hatched being shiny
    (and consequently, a shiny egg could become non-shiny when such a trade occurs, as per any other egg).
