N00b pkhex help

First of all to the mods, I apologize in advance for posting in the wrong forums. I am such a n00b when it comes to pkhex editing and I assumed i posted in the correct section.

I found this section and i believe this is where i need to be. So please close out the other two threads i made since they are not supposed to be in those threads.

Now i really need some help.

I am trying to accomplish to main goals, edit the met location/encounter display in each pokemon. I know i can change it per pokemon, but dont want to go through 700+ pokemon lol

In the batch editor i see two options Met_Location & Encounter? Which one is the correct one? Also what value do i put for it to reflect to all pokemon daycare center? Is there a list that reference all these locations for the mass editor?

 Second one is to make all pokemon in boxes shiny

I originally had a mega form question but ill just assign the megastone to each pokemon instead.
