Hey,

I was wondering how do you create Tyrogue so that it will evolve the way you want it to?

Do you change the numbers in it's Individual Values (IVs), or change the number in it's Effort Values (EVs)? Or both?

IVs, but more of, EVs. Because there is a stat fluctuation.
