I've checked all the specs and I meet all the minimum requirements but I don't understand the video cards. The minimum specs say I need NVIDIA(R) Geforce(TM) 6600 or better or ATI(R) Radeon(R) 9800Pro or better. I have an ATI Radeon HD 3670. So will it work? Thanks.

I already tried that, it kept freezing. I can give it another go I suppose.
EDIT
Still no luck, it froze again.

I think the Radeon 3xxx series will work well with Call of Duty 4. You won't be able to turn the settings all the way up, so lower your resolution and settings if it isn't smooth initially.

If you need another second opinion. Look up "can you run this" on Google. There should be a link to System requirements lab or something close to it. It's really helpful =)
