I've been trying to create a Zapdos with Lightningrod ability withe Dream World met conditions but still can't seem to make it legit. Is there anything that I'm missing?

That would be because Zapdos hasnt been released yet with its dream world ability.

Also, you cannot make a legit pokemon.
