I want to know how to rip the percentages of encountering Pokémon in each Route. I want to know the encounter rates for all different tiles and seasons and exclusive Pokémon to each version. Can anyone help me with figuring out how to get the encounter rates?

Those really haven't been extracted as far as I know, and are just based off of data collecting.

Encounter Slots for B+W is what a lot of people want ;)

It's based off of data collecting.

Encounter, run, encounter run. Repeat 500x, get results of approximate encounter rates.
