HI, I have been using universal randomizer on Soulsilver to allow for making pokemons evolve without trading them and the program I used seems to work fine (https://pokehacks.dabomstew.com/randomizer/index.php) as I did not witness any issues and had a log file that seems correct. However I trained my haunter to level +37 and it still has not evolved to gengar. Any idea why this is not happening?
