    I'll give you the short answer because it's 3 am. Dynamic events can have a random PID, Static have a set PID.

    Spiky-Earred Pichu's algorithm is unknown or it hasn't been added to Legal.exe. Just relax.

    Whats the difference between <Dynamic> and <Static> Mystery GIfts?

    and Why is my Noched Eared pichu branded as hacked or unkown pokemon.

    I got the Shokotan Pichu Legitely and did the Noched eared pichu event. ButI scanned the noched eared pichu its hacker or unkown pokemon.

    Is it really hacked or just a bug?
