    That's because you are using an older save. Try to create one without loading your previous save and they will show up. Dude..the save you have uploaded with Isle of Armor (player co-ordinates set in the DLC island) doesn't have any of the Trade/Fly options. Unable to go back to unlock them also. Can you please look into that?
