<p><p><p><p><p>Semi-apology. And even then I doubt Nintendo/Gamefreak had any of that in mind. They just give random attacks to Pokemon. Do they listen to the competitive community? Maybe... it seems that's how they gave Entei some cool moves while Suicune was already too powerful and had very little modifications... but they still did nothing to stuff like Pidgeot or Articuno. But who knows? I'll give them another chance in Generation V...</p></p></p></p></p>
