I believe the fourth empire (Romans) hasn't fallen yet... just fragmented. Look at the US for example... it's indeed the new Rome. Rome did sack many places... and conquered the whole Mediterranean. One of their enemies were the Carthagians... and their general Hannibal. Know about him? The Romans are quite interesting... they take elements a LOT from the Greeks.</p></p></p></p></p>
