I want to change the shiny rate but I cant because I cant access the EXEFS part of pk3ds. I have code.bin on the exefs folder of my 3ds game. help? it doesnt let me click anything on the exefs section

I recently lost my Pokemon Diamond cartridge, where I used to do tweaking glitches and all that stuff. I'm a little bit lazy to beat the game again and want to have a non cheated or glitched save file , if you would like to. Side note : I don't search up save files on google or any other website because they are all hacked with op shiny Arceus. I want a legit save file sorry for my bad english
