hmm... But is there any way to replace to save on my game with the file I have?

ok so how I decrypt the main file so it can be loaded on to my game? (with powersaves so I think it needs to be .bin)

So I have this Main file for pokemon ultra moon and I wanted to put the file onto my cartridge so I went to the power saves folder and dragged it in and it wasent on the app. So I tryed it as a back up(.bak) still no. So I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix my problem
