<p><p><p><p><p><p>I don't believe that some were completely defunct of EVs, though it is possible. But from what I'm seeing, it does look very orchestrated and made to glorify Sylveon, of course. I mean, the whole timing of criticals, the Ferrothorn and Pangoro fainting, the Malamar/Noivern strategy, etc... it was too well timed and went too smoothly to be a generic game of chance and strategy.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

This thing scares me, but I think it was deliberate. It did too much damage, recovered too much health, and made itself look too powerful. Why does it look too much like Victini anyways? GASP IT CHEATED WITH VICTINI'S VICTORY POWER! And CUTE CHARM of all abilities. Can you imagine all the random infatuation hax that it will incur? Not too bad, I guess, but it makes it yet another bulky yet powerful fighter, which is kind of boring, but Fighting/Dark is only Scrafty, and people who are sick of gangsta lizard can try this guy out.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I'm almost positive with that build, Politoed is a very offensively built with little defence in mind. Probably another 252 SpA/252 Speed variant. What the heck is with Sylveon, idk. But maybe it was specifically built to showcase the power of fairies (though they purposely happened to faint Pangoro and Ferrothorn the same turn so that nobody sees the relation between Steel and Fairy and such...) but wow, that's overkill. Calm 252 HP/252 SpDef build would be ridiculous, but then again, I remember Umbreon being just as bulky: it takes little to nothing from such attacks, but come on. That was a rain, Life Orb, STAB Critical Hit Hydro Pump... it should take more than that.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

It must have high SpDef like Umbreon and high HP, but even then, that should have done much more. What is this blasphemy? Sylveon confirmed to be Blissey's cousin. What's even more baffling is Draining Kiss took like little health from Politoed and recovered a lot of Sylveon's. Huh? Does that mean Sylveon has low HP or what? Then why would Hydro Pump do so little? I also heard Draining Kiss recovers 100% of health stolen, unlike Giga Drain and cousins which only recovers 50%. Come on Fairies... that's broken.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

Yeah I think I prefer speed or at least some "Snow Rush" ability that is like Swift Swim, but nope. Abilities cannot be replaced at this point. Glaceon's Defences aren't bad either, they're really good except for that subpar HP.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>UU or OU, doesn't matter. It's perfectly usable in OU. It's UU because it's not too broken to be used in UU. It's not a bad thing: same thing happened for otherwise perfectly usable Pokemon like Arcanine. UU doesn't mean bad at all. The problem with Azumarill is Speed. Of course, just imagine Belly Drum + Aqua Jet combinations if it was legal. Imagine Sheer Force Feraligatr. Yeah...</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>In Mystery Dungeon, there was a separate Snow weather that boosted speed for Ice types by 1 stage. Speed or Defence by 1 stage or both... would be great. <p><p><p><p><p><p>Azumarill is an anti-metagame Pokemon to begin with, so it really doesn't count (Water is a solid type). Giving it Fairy type just made it better... though it would like a Fairy STAB move that's physical, I'm certain. It seems to be primarily special moves, for now. Ice Punch would still be used to take down Grassers and all, as Ice is still great for coverage.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>80% with Freeze? Broken. Though Freeze sucks now because it's too random and may immediately dethaw after the Pokemon has been frozen! Freeze should just be kept random, and Blizzard used to be 30% in RGBY, but it was changed to 10% for link battles.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>The punch through Protect was a glitch only in DP: Platinum fixed it. Same for Thunder in Rain. Hail needs more effects: it's too specialised: Sandstorm is already crazy good and PASSIVELY raises 50% of Rock Pokemon SpDef. Rock types already have bad SpDef, I know, but Tyranitar? No wonder it takes LO Aura Sphere from Mewtwo well.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Just imagine Tyranitar getting destroyed by some tutu wearing winged little pixies. Yay, let's add another weakness to Tyranitar's 6 weaknesses! Though to be fair, Tyranitar handles most of its weaknesses quite well, even Water moves and laughs at even the powerful Solarbeam due to Sand, unless it's Close Combat or the likes. Geez I hope Hail passively increases an Ice Pokemon's defence or speed or something... can you imagine a fast Glaceon in Hail with Snow Cloak/Ice Body? Now that would be absolute massacre. And make Hydro Pump a TM or move tutor: Ice Pokemon would surely love to hit those pesky Fires/Rocks/some Steel types for at least neutral damage! Or a broken counterpart of Scald: Cold Water that has 30% chance of freeze! Or not. And we need stronger physical Ice moves for things like Kyurem-B or Beartic, Mamoswine, or Weavile. Ice types should truly live by their name... for terror.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
