Never mind I guess the files on here are wrong, The versions for these mon's were incorrect

I have almost a whole box of the event 2018 Pokemon that I got from codes myself, that are being tagged as Illegal as they cant be received by my ultra moon? Which makes no sense. Even the Level 100's are deemed as illgal. I got some of these off the download section on this sight, and a few i've gotten off trading. In the previous version of PKHeX they were legal.
