I recently have been using a Japanese Rom of Pokemon Emerald to try and get a "legit" Faraway Island mew. I had learned about how weird the RNG was on pokemon emerald, and was using that to my advantage to try and get a Modest Shiny Mew. I wasn't too crazy on getting a perfect IV roll due to the hyper training now available in Sun/Moon. I used a combination of PKHex and RNG Reporter to get my TID and SID and then get some results on what frames in which I could receive a Shiny Modest mew. I couldn't get any lua scripts working on my rom. I tried manually hitting the right frames to get a shiny modest (also FYI the TID and SID combo I have going allows me to find one within the first 3100 frames so I didn't have to do too much waiting). After an hour or so I realized without those lua scripts I wasn't going to hit the right frame. Instead, I decided to catch a regular non shiny Mew, then take it to PKHex, get the PID and IVs from RNG Reporter (For the catch that technically could happen, I just couldn't actually do it), and input them through PKHex's interface. After I entered the information, the mew turned shiny, and it confirmed it being legal.
This being my first time doing this I just needed someone to be able to confirm whether or not I messed something up here. I'm uploading the .pk3 file and if anyone can confirm it's legality, that'd be amazing.
P.S. If you're curious about the OT I have, English OTs are technically possible on 3rd gen Japanese games, but only up to 5 characters. I can confirm this through the Rom I've been using.
