Yes they were transferred legally, all I did was give them the ribbon in pkhex. And so...they have to have the training data in order for it to show as legal?

When gen 6 (Oras) was around, I genned some Pokémon and give them all the training ribbon. They showed that they were legal in oras. Transferred to sun and moon and they also showed they were legal. However, the moment I transferred them to US/UM, pkhex keeps saying that they’re illegal due to having the training ribbon even though they’re perfectly legal. Is there a way to solve this issue? Or is it a bug?
