I transferred my games from my old 3DS to my New 3DS XL, but my save files were deleted. I lost everything including my completed Pokedex and my shiny charm. I just want help using PK Hex to get my charm back and get on with my shiny hunting. Please help me, I'm desperate and don't understand how to use PK Hex.

Hello, I transferred my games from my old 3DS to my New 3DS XL, but my save files were all deleted. I lost my entire Pokedex and my shiny charm. I just want to get my shiny charm back so that I can continue with my shiny hunting. Please help me- I'm desperate and I don't understand how to use PK Hex (but I have to in order to get my stuff back)!
