Is there any way to gen pokemon so that they can use Z-Moves they normally can't like Splintered Stormshards? I was wondering since I saw some videos of this online and I kinda want some for my in-game playthrough now!

I can't seem to get a training ribbon to be legal even if it has max EVs and such so I'm wondering if there's anything I'm missing? (I'm on the latest version 17/11/25)

Just download PkHex, it might be because I'm just tired right now but all the guides I've looked up just confuse me

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to as for this but I'm having some trouble understanding what I need to do and if PkHex + any other additional software etc needed work on the latest version of new 3ds? It'd be appreciated if someone could tell me what exactly I need or point me to a better place to ask this question. (Someone stole my Moon game with my event collection so I wanted a way to at least somewhat get them back)
