Some time ago I tried to recreate some of my saves and I wanted to level up all the Trainer Cards. PkHeX can edit the number of the flags obtained, but if I don't remember wrong, it can't "unlock" the obtained flag because of ID's absence, so I saved right before the obtained flag and right after. I attach these saves (Diamond), bewteen them I have only unlocked the flag. Can someone suggest me how I can help to find the event and implement it in PkHeX? Could it be usefull also for Platinum? 1 - Diamond PreFlag.sav 2 - Diamond PostFlag.sav

Yes this is true but what I'm saying is that in Italian Colosseum is legal the Ho-Oh with OT's "MONTE LOTT", so PKHeX should make it as legal instead illegal. When you trade it in the others Gen 3 games, the OT became "MONTE L" because of the length limit.

Ok now i tested it, i have used 20180911, this is Ho-Oh in my Colosseum save and this is the same Ho-Oh, as you do, in my Sapphire save I begin to think that the problem is the OT in the Colosseum save that there isn't in the Mystery Gift Database

I have completed Colosseum and my Ho-Oh, obtained in a legit way, is flagged as "Invalid: Unable to match and event in mystery gift database". 250 - HO-OH - 2241C625EB05.ck3

I checked with PKHeX some of my old Soul Silver's saves, and I found some pokémon caught in the Safari Zone Gate flagged as illegal (Encounter Type - See EXEGGCUTE 2014). For this reason I have recaught a Pokémon there and I have seen that PKHeX flagged as illegal (Encounter Type - See EXEGGCUTE 2017). Then I have tried to make it legal (See EXEGGCUTE 2014 Edited), so I have understood that PKHeX considers Safari Zone Gate's legality as Encounter Type "Buildings" but it isn't really legal because when I caught a pokèmon there the Encounter Type is "None". No, i catched it in White 2, in the Bulbapedia link that i attached there are in the bottom (in the section Special Pokémon, above Terrakion) the two special Amoongus at Lv 47, so i think that these special pokémon are missing in PkHeX's database.
