This Eevee is capable of Gigantamaxing.

This is a Wild Area event held by Sword and Shield.
This event is also presently the only way for Sword and Shield players to catch Alolan Raichu in Sword and Shield..

During of the Pokémon Festa 2019 from May 3rd, 2019 to May 12th, at the Starfield Hanam Store, Coex Mall, showing Let's Go Pikachu or Let's Go Eevee or PokéBall Plus each will award you one serial code.
Shiny Pikachu can only be redeemed on Let's Go Eevee.

When this gift is redeemed on a non-Korean languaged save, the Original Trainer name may be displayed as question marks.

In Pokemon White 2, after the player defeats Benga at the White Treehollow in the White Forest,
Benga returns to Alder's house, and will give the player a Shiny Dratini.

This wild area event held by Sword and Shield. It made Magikarp the focus of the event, with a high chance to encounter one shiny, to celebrate New Years 2020. The Shiny Magikarp is a 8% guaranteed spawn, across all tiers.
While Magikarp crashed the #2 event, it merely shifted the spawns. As such, Gigantamax Snorlax is still available, just at a lower rate.
For base game Pokémon Sword and Shield, without this event, there is no den that will enable players to encounter a Gigantamax Snorlax.

As per the previous events, Drednaw and Sandaconda were Sword exclusive raids, and Corviknight and Centiskorch were Shield exclusive raids. Butterfree and Snorlax can be obtained regardless of game.
Though it is important to note, host can include players of the opposite version to join in the raids.
This event ran globally from December 31st, 2019 to January 3rd, 2020.
When this event ended, it shifted back to Wild Area Event #2 (Index 07 in this case).

Out there in the wild, exists a German Language Debugger's/Developer's Edition of Pokemon Ruby Version,
which contains many debugging tools, including Mystery Event distribution subroutines.
Using existing unmodified subroutines, a Tournament Unown can be transferred.

Working on the data discovered by The Cutting Room Floor and GlitchCity Forums, and with @BlackShark's help,
the remaining Pokemon could be transferred by doing modifications in order to activate the other subroutines,
that contains the other hidden debugging Pokemon.

This gift was distributed to players via a code card for purchasing the dual pack for the Pokémon Sword & Shield.
Using the Dynamax Crystal would allow the Pokémon to appear at the Watchtower Lair's Den as a max raid.
To be able to use the items associated with the event, including injecting items into the save and getting it to work,
the player's Switch must be connected to the internet, with the Mystery Gift>Get Wild Area News option used during the event period.
Alternatively the player must have connected to the internet and redeemed a Mystery Gift during the event period.
As of LGPE, wonder cards are no longer stored in saves. As such, players will not be able to inject this event into their save using PKHeX.

After the player becomes Champion, the player gets a Charmander that is capable of Gigantamaxing, when the player picks up the Poké Ball from Leon's room.

At the Next Generation World Hobby Fair '20 Winter, players get to experience Max Raid Battles at a "Max Raid Battle Experience Corner".
When a player challenges Gigantamax Coalossal at that corner, they're given a serial code to receive a Gigantamax Coalossal.
When a player challenges Gigantamax Lapras at that corner, they're given a serial code to receive a Gigantamax Lapras.

The official Japanese website claims it is possible to experience it without a Nintendo Switch or the game software. It is unclear if such players would receive a serial code.

After disassembling the code of a multiboot gba rom discovered in Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disc (US),
@Bond697 found that it distributes an unreleased METEOR Jirachi,
that seems to be the translation/mirrored version of the ネガイボシ (Wishing Star) Jirachi.

This Pokémon is a rare variant that is capable of Gigantamaxing, and can only be obtained via Max Raid Battles in the Wild Area.

While always available for capture (if found) in a den in the Wild Area, an event from November 15, 2019 to early January 2020 made it more commonly found in Pokémon Shield, by having it appear in dens normally not associated with it.
To be able to encounter the event variant, user's Switch must be connected to the internet, with the Mystery Gift>Get Wild Area News option used during the event period..
Alternatively user must have connected to the internet and redeemed a Mystery Gift during the event period.

This event was distributed at the TV Toy Museum located in the Netherlands during the duration of an event,
the Pokemon Fan Days 2006, to celebrate the release of M07: Destiny Deoxys.

The way Generation III mechanics work, the forme of Deoxys depends on the game it is in.

In Pokemon Black 2 & White 2, lies the facility Pokestar Studios, which allow players to create "films",
which is done by having users battles Props (between a pair of legs and Mecha Tyranitar),
which are not traditional Pokemon.
Fan term for these Studio Creatures/Props are known as Studiomons.

Bringing any of these "Pokemon" out of the PC will cause it to turn into an unusable bad egg.
The only way to use it via the Battle Box feature,
but do note that none of the Studiomons have a back sprite, so it will appear as a black square.

Presently it appears PKHeX may allow importing into a B2W2 Save (perhaps with limitations),
but if it doesn't, this programs accepts it's usage too:
