So will i be able to use him online? It also says that vacuum wave is illegal. Sort of... Maybe i am doing something wrong.

I tried to create a poliwrath with vacuum wave from platinum in my pokemon moon, but when i choose a game where it came from (pokemon platinum) the legality checking triangle just disappears. Should it be this way? P.s. sorry for bad english
