Thanks slayer!

Does the shiny event Tapu Koko have a locked PID / Encryption Constant?
Thanks!

Apparently I need to software update in order to receive mystery gifts. Can I update and still boot and use pkhex through homebrew?

@Sabresite Thank you very much!! So what would be under the "memories with: notOT" tab? Will it come up with "This pokemon has a good memory but doesn't seem to be able to remember..." or would it be the "...arrived at a link trade somewhere... remembers it felt happy..." one?
-
Sorry I suppose that wasn't quite clear - What am asking, is that for legitimate Pokemon transferred from Gen 6 -> 7, what data should be present under "Memories with notOT" and "Residence"?
Thank you

When transferring Pokemon via bank, is it normal to read the "this Pokemon has traveled across time and space... etc." under the met location? And under "Latest Residence", should there be any data or should it be blank?

If I transfer Gen V Unova Pokemon over to Sun/Moon, then use Pkhex to change nature / abilities / EVs / IVs etc. how should one go about editing the PID / Encryption Constant? Can I just hit re roll like normal, or is the process of PID creation different as PIDs were generated with a different formula in Gen V?
Thank you

Oh really? I was under the impression that the PID was locked late in generation - Most of the greninja wc7 files I've uploaded seem to have the same pid depending on region. Thank you for your answer!

Does anyone have the static PID of Ash-Greninja from an English-UK version of the game? I think I may have re-rolled mine by accident and want to change it back :3 Thankyou!

Does anyone know what Trash Byte values correlate to?
My pokemon's extra byte values seem to vary between 0, 16 and 17 and I am unable to figure out why.
All of my fully EV/IV trained pokemon seem to have extra byte values of 17_, with those having just been bred / caught having extra byte values of 0. Those with max EVs (252) in a single stat appear to have extra byte values of 16. However, I recently fully EV trained a lycanrock (completely legitimate, unaltered by PKHEX) which seems to have an extra byte value of 16_.
Could anyone explain this in further detail to me?
Many thanks.

Is the process of pkm generation the same as for vanilla Sun and Moon? No changes to formulas for pid, encryption constants etc.?
