In any case, if it's an older gen Pokemon and EC must be same as PID, for it to be legal.
It's likely you're looking at a hacked pokemon, that is all I can advise you.I got it from RoC's PC and it came from Pokemon XD. The problem here is that it's always with the older Generations that this happens with. I assuming that it has something to do with PKHeX not being able to decrypt these games yet. All I did was input a smogon set of actual legal moves. This happens with almost anything and I use to believe that it had to be normal because I was able to play with the Pokemons online. Every time I go to input a smogon set on a Pokemon from a older Gen it says "EC should match PID"

I was able to get the Shiny Kangaskhan with Body Slam and Power-Up Punch to work. I just need to somehow figure a way to get the Shiny Machamp With No Guard and Fissure to work.

IIRC Gen1 pokemon can only be transfered directly to Gen7 games (Sun and Moon)
I guess the alternative would be return for the Kangaskhan but I saw video somewhere where the opposite player was able to use a No Guard Machamp online in Pokemon Sun and Moon. How he got it online? I do not know. This is what I am trying to figure out. The only close theory I can come up with was that he was running a cheat menu through CFW. Here's the Video:

As the title says, I am requesting a No Guard Fissure Machamp and a Kangaskhan with Body Slam and Power-Up Punch. If possible, would some one be so kindly to post up the pkm files of these two or post up a tutorial of genning them. Because I try to recreate them and wasn't able to use them online. I try recreating the Machamp from gen 1 and genning no guard on it considering it can learn the move Fissure in Generation 1 as a TM. The Kangaskhan didn't work either for some reason. I tried to give the Kangaskhan power-up punch while having the move Body Slam and that didn't seem to pass the legality check online.

I figure that with shiny mew it's strictly forbidden to try to change the ivs, nature because it would tamper with the PID making the pokemon illegal. I want to make a PID, SID, TID and a OT that can work with shiny mew with the nature careful.

Thanks. Also I wanted to know can you edit any of the old gen pkm files to the point where you can input your own TID and SID? I tried the Mew out and was able to get it shiny but it won't work if I put softboiled, will-o-wisp, taunt and knock off.

Hi, I am requesting PKM files that can work online such as Shiny Mew and Lugia or a Mew that can learn the move Defog. Currently right now I'm having trouble trying to Gen a Shiny Lugia and a Shiny Mew to work. I looked into RoC's-PC and found the files but it has been a hassle trying to get them to work online. If you can be so kind to please introduce me to a file that worked for you or a link that might provide me with the gen files that worked. I may know the reason for shiny Mew but people have talk about obtaining it from the island event on Emerald and being able to exploit a shiny Mew to work. If these Pokemon are shiny lock let me know. I appreciate it very much.
Note: When I was trying to gen for Shiny Lugia and Shiny Mew, I made sure it was event and not one where I could try to do manually cause I knew about the difficulty of trying to obtain one.

I was just about to comment on the Raichu considering it's a event you should be able to use it fine online. But on PKHeX the Legality checker marks it as illegal. I have the same problem for other special event Pokemon. Even when you generate event Pokemon from Gen 3 the legality checker would mark them as illegal but when you switch to a legal Pokemon and back the illegal checker marks it as legit.

I wanted to input a request for all clothing for Pokemon Ultra Moon PkHex. Most of the clothing were parse out in binary.
