For anybody with this issue, ^this is the fix.

Hey all, new to using PkHex. How can I import my Emerald ROM into PkHex to edit? I'm using VBA on Windows 11 for my emulator, and I'm exporting (what I believe to be) a 128K Flash .SAV file, but when I load it in, I get error: "Attempted to load an unsupported file type/size. [My file path] File Size 131072 bytes (0x20000)" Thanks!
