I currently have a QR code database, can we still load them into PKHeX?

Hey there! Sorry for the trouble, I'm looking for the latest client that I can upload, edit, and generate QR using this method. I like the new version of PKHeX, but I don't think it uses my method anymore. pokemonqrcode.com doesn't allow me to upload, I don't think? So, I always like to start with a really good base when I edit Pokemon, which leaves me unable to do that.
