I've tried editing shininess, IVs, EVs, friendship, and natures, but changes to none of those seem to stick. I was able to edit shininess previously, but not anymore.

I've exported my save, copied it to my desktop, and then opened it with PKHeX, but I can't save any changes I make. I've made sure to reroll encryption and the PID, I've been running PKHeX in administrator mode, and I've tried saving the new main file in a separate folder on my computer, but when I open the save I've made the changes I made are gone. I've tried editing my save on three different computers (one Windows 8.1, two Windows 7) and the same bug comes up each time.
