Was emuNAND installed on your 3ds at any point?

As long as you didn't update sysNAND, you should be good to go I think

I use JK's save manager since I'm too lazy to look for the number for each game

To my knowledge (based on experience) it'll still work on emuNAND. My emuNAND is updated to the most recent update and I can still use everything as I did before I updated

I'm not sure what you mean, what do you need to do to make the boxes update?

I've previously managed to get box one to inject but any edits to other boxes didn't seem to work unless they were identical to the pokemon in box 1

hii, i'm new here i was wondering if anyone knows how to extract and inject a save from a vc copy of the gen i games on 3ds so that every box can be edited? i can only get box 1 and the party to edit upon injection. thanks!
