Well i read that the PID generated by PKHeX was mistaken by between +7 or -7 . So i would like a method (if there is one) to be able to generate one myself perfectly accurate, such as i was able to do in pokegen. Or are the random PID generated from PKHeX perfectly matching ? (which i doubt even tought i have not done the maths in binaries)

Hello everyone, it's been almost 4 months that i have started using pkhex and there are still things i can't find out. (maybe i misread at some point or maybe just never found the anwser) My main question is :how can i generate or calculate a perfect matching PID such as in pokegen ? My goal is to have a perfectly "legal" pokemon at a 100% rate. Thank you
