I'm mixed on this. Everything including Nintendo points towards him not being able to relearn the moves but the fact the Jirachi can be used on battle spot means the system sees them as legit relearn moves. Also, how many times did you trade those jirachi?

With a little translation the official Japanese event page says heart stamp cannot be relearned

I've gotten a good bit of help from this thread in the past so joined to contribute here in the future. Sadly so far the jirachi wc6 has eluded me and as I've only received one of the jirachi itself I can't say if both have different SID
