the new 3ds, I'm guessing the browser exploit doesn't work on it :\. Is there a reason why?

Im running version 9.0.0-20u and the exploit doesnt seem to work. The browser is not crashing. I've followed the steps and copied the bin files onto the sd card but it wont seem to work.
