    I keep getting a communication error. Can someone maybe tell me why?

    I try to load PCOut for the whole PCEdit thing, and it keeps giving me a communication error. I can go on Project Pokemon's website, but it won't connest to the URL used in PCOut. any suggestions? PS Im running firmware 9.4
