I know how to use PKHEX I am all good there so I created all the pokemon I wanted so what do I do next? what is the easiest way many thanks in advance I don't have homebrew nor can I its to confusing for me to learn

So I manged to create a Articuno,Zapdos & Moltres correctly and when work with online battles but when I created a Mewtwo & Mew they wont work I did everything correctly. For Mewtwo I put it came form Pokemon X met a unknown dungeon at level 70 and as for Mew I put it as it came from pokemon Diamond what mistake am I making here ?

Hello everyone I registered with this site just to ask that very question. Does PKHeX work with New Nintendo 3DS or XL version. The new handhelds support micro SD whoever created the software and injection is he/she or group working on a version that will support the handhelds or should I just buy a Nintendo 3DS older model.
