I updated my 3ds to 9.4, and now it's not working! Any help please?

I've been trying to enter my OT, but I cannot due to a "0" which cannot be deleted in the OT box.

Where would I find the latest version? I'm not that tech-savvy. EDIT I downloaded a newer versions (I think) and it still didn't work. Could you find my SID please? @Kaphotics

Hi, I was trying to get my SID, I have the injectiondebug file. But when I check my boxes, it is blank. Also there is no notification saying that the debug has loaded. Please Help! ~EDIT~ Could anyone find my SID through my injectiondebug file? The Pokemon with my OT is a "Gloom" http://www.mediafire.com/download/4t1akm99cmdcqmx/injectiondebug.bin That's the link. Hi, I did the thing where I tried to view my SID, but when I looked at my box in the program, everything was blank. Any help?
