I have done some research and it says to set the OT/MISC Tab Extra Bytes to 66(0x42) to 1 but I cant find that.

How do I get PKHex HA to go through as legal?

It is a dragonite.

I am trying to gen legit pokemon that can be traded to other friends. Currently, whenever I try to trade it stops me and says this pokemon is special. I am using moves that it learns, proper EVs, and proper location. The only other thing I Can think of is I am using hidden ability and maybe I messed up in the OT/MISC slide. Help!
