Can anyone make a tutorial on how to use this? I can't get the 3DS save editor to work and I don't know how to even use PkHeX this is really confusing and frustrating.

is there going to be a tutorial on this I don't understand how i'm supposed to use this if I don't have a japanese version of the game or a japanese 3ds
