I don't think deleting the folder and files inside the SD card originally would make a difference and using a Micro-SD card would probably work the same as a SD card. Maybe your problem is elsewhere? If you upload and give a link of your debug file someone could find your SID for you. Also, tell which Pokemon in what location of the PC is directly from your game.

It doesn't seem possible to be 'banned' from PSS, they just won't allow you to trade the specific hacked Pokemon (if it is even detected as hacked at all).

That doesn't seem like something you should ask here. This is a place for questions and help with injecting Pokemon into games.

Did you hit the lock switch on the SD card by accident?

I'm not quite sure what you are saying but I have been able to WonderTrade them perfectly fine.

I think some of these might be your problem. - level is under met level - 0 IVs (though I don't think this would stop you) - you are both the OT and Handler

Your SID really shouldn't affect what Pokemon you're getting. It only makes it look like it truly is your Pokemon (similar to a hidden second Trainer ID). Post your PKHeX file and let someone review if it would work.

It's not like they didn't exist or appear before this was released. If you're on Pokemon Y, do not hack in things such as Groudon, Kyogre, or Rayquaza (or at least do it without their unique attacks), and also the new mega stones that were introduced in Alpha/Omega. They simply do not exist in the previous versions of Pokemon.

You're supposed to save them as .ekx, NOT .pkx If the file is named pokemon.ek6 afterwards, change it to pokemon.ekx

Thanks, this seemed to do the trick for me! Thought the name is different for me (ver. 9.4.0-21U), as it is named 'Initialize Save Data'.
