I keep getting some file corruption, and I don't know what is the root of the problem. Oh, well.

It's mostly event Legendary Pokemons such as this year's Tanabata Jirachi. Also, Hoopa and Volcanion.

The thing is that I've never used the Fill Dex button.

I'm having a bit of a problem. After I replace the the main file that I modified in PkHex, sometimes it corrupts my save file. Any idea(s) what causes this problem?
