Hello I am having a bit of a problem I have been sprite replacing in BW2 to make one of my playthroughs unique since I plan to stream it, and I've used a few sprites some of the in game ones, but I saw this sprite sheet.

It has everything I need so I've tried to get these sprites in the right format with the walking and running sprites in their own file, but they either come out weird, or it was something off on my part. Could anyone help me put it in the right format or they do it? Thanks.
