I really want to change the value of my trainer's money in White 2. Is there a tool in order to do this?

Is there an editor you can use in order to remove that rule, or give yourself the gym badges? And what does be the OT of the pokemon mean? .-.

So I have been using the PokeGen tool to add pokemon to my save game. (White 2) But whever I try to attack with the newly added pokemon they either dont obey or fall asleep. Any idea on how to fix this?
