So I'm trying to restore a .sav file to my retail White 2 cartridge. So far I've had very bad luck. I've tried both pokedoc's backup tool which just freezes on the first screen that loads (press b to continue) and I've also tried Rudolph's wifi backup tool which works but the restore option is greyed out for White 2.
This is the hardware I'm using:
DS Lite
DStwo card (most recent update)
Retail Pokemon White 2 game
And I've tried the following software:
smallftpd (seems to work fine)
Savegame Manager v0.2.4 (freezes at first startup screen)
Savegame Manager sgm_0.3.0.RC1 (black screen on startup)
NDS Backup Tool Wifi 0.31f (loads but restore option is greyed out)
Has anyone had any success with transfering .savs to their Black/White 2 cartridges? I've run out of things to try. Can anyone help?
